The mortise lock is operated by a key from the exterior, and by the thumbturn from the interior. The door is opened from the exterior by a metal handle with thumb grip, and by a handle with straight shape lever from the interior.

The Mortise box has a button on the edge of the door that allow you to set the box to lock behind you as you leave the home, or to keep the door unlocked.

Complete set: includes full long backplate trim on exterior and interior, mortise lockbox, face plate, strike plate for door jamb and mounting hardware
