A friend of mine highly recommended Renovation Outlet and I understand why. From the minute I got there, Mary was so helpful and knowledgeable. I explained to her what I needed, she walked me through my various options, and provided me with all the instructions I needed to install the door handles on my own. Their prices are also very competitive. I'm truly happy with my experience and will come back again!

I discovered Renovation Outlet while online shopping for door handles for a home renovation. Renovation Outlet had really great selection (mostly the top on-trend styles) and fair prices. I decided to place an order and received an email confirmation from the owner, Mary. Her customer service is outstanding. She goes above and beyond to ensure you purchase the correct handles to suit your installation and is so great about exchanges- to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Renovation Outlet and especially like supporting small local businesses.

Great quality hardware and even better customer service. Mary answered all my questions promptly. The shipping was quick and when one shipment went awry, Mary was there for support and came up with a quick solution. She really went above and beyond and solved a very stressful and time-sensitive problem. I'm across the country but I feel like they are a local shop. Thank you, Mary.

from the very first time my wife and I stepped into your store we were impressed, we had just come from another high end door hardware store and found that Renovation Outlet was far superior, I have returned an item with no fuss and purchase a second set of New Halifax locks, love this place and the staff it's a pleasure to review your business.
