Product demonstration: Halifax-Style Door Handles with Square Rose
Passage – for use on interior doors where a locking feature is not required (e.g. bedrooms or hallways).
Privacy – for use on interior doors where a privacy locking function is required (e.g. bathrooms).
Dummy – for use on interior door where a pull/push function is required (e.g. closet). Comes as a set of 2 handles.
Keyed – for use on interior or exterior doors where strong privacy locking function is required (e.g. office). Can be opened outside only with a key.
Keyed Set available in 2 variations: Keyed Different and Keyed Alike
Keyed Different – locks with Different Keys. Each lock has its own unique key and can not be open by the others keys from the same locks.
Keyed Alike – when all locks in a set can be opened with the same key. This option is beneficial when multiple locks are use by the same person so that only one key needs to be used.
Available in following finishes: Satin Nickel, Black Matte, Polished Chrome

Privacy Function:
The latch bolt can be locked by pushing the button on the inside rosette. The exterior side features a small pin hole to unlock the leverset from the outside. Emergency Egress Function: Allows you to simply turn the lever to exit the room.

First of all, RenovationOutlet.ca was a great place to purchase handles – I looked at the Home Depot and Lowes first, and those prices were incredibly high (at least 20-50% higher than here even on sale).
I replaced all the door handles in my house with these Halifax Style Square Satin-Nickle handles – and it made a huge difference in modernizing the interior of the house. Very easy to install. Handles are reversible using the supplied allen key, so you can have them wave whatever way you’d like. And installation video was great help!

We opened a bar and used this series of handles throughout the enter space (bathrooms for diners, utility closets, and staff room). Not a single problem – even with a inebriated nighttime clientele! The quality is very very good. When you pickup the handle before it’s installed – you’ll see how heavy it is. I would highly recommend this – the price is unreal for such high quality.
