Returns
We offer 30-day money back guarantee return for purchases at store and from the date the order is received at the customer’s address for online purchases.
To be eligible for a return, the item/s
- Must not have been installed
- Must be free of scratches and/or defects
- Must be in resalable condition
- Must be in the original packaging
- Must not be missing pieces
Carriage costs are not refundable and return carriage is payable by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will credit your payment card account within 3 business days after the return is received.
Returned goods which are not defective are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Warranty
Renovation Outlet offers one year warranty to all products from date of purchase.
All warranties are void when products have been incorrectly installed, exposed to excessive loads or subject to abuse.
Warranty does not include ANY labor cost.
Finishes
Our hardware items are protected with an electroplating coating to help prevent tarnishing.
This protective coating has limitations and in time may deteriorate from handling, scratches, cleaning or
exposure to atmospheric conditions such as pollution, proximity to water, humidity, ultraviolet rays.
Eventual tarnishing is not a defect but a normal and unavoidable process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
